19 - Practicing Embodying Love

Mindfulness and the way we are wired reveals that if we take moments out of our days to practices envisioning and embodying the traits we desire to have more of in life, we actually can cultivate more of them. This one we take a moment to pause. To bring to mind and into our muscle what Love feels like, what being loved feels like, what being loving feels like. Soak it in. And may you begin to bring it to heart and mind a little more readily with each and every practice. Grace & peace. Thank you so much for listening.
