22 - Retraining Our Bodies & Minds To Find Peace In Every Pain
It can be hard to wade through life always caught in anxiety, pain, fear, and overwhelming circumstances or emotions. One of the gifts of meditation and mindfulness is it can rewire our brains out of habitual anxiety or distress and into new ways of being - remaining more grounded, more able to find ease while pain is even present or thoughts come that are hard to break.
