23 - You Are Loved. Breath Practice.

Today we get back to the basics - breathing with intention and truth. This allows our brains to rewire, integrating our minds, hearts and bodies as once. It gives space for anxiety to be released, shame to be let go of. In time, with practice, breathing in and out that we are loved has the potential to change our lives and experiences of them for the better. May you feel loved in this moment and trust your truth that you are worthy of love and belonging exactly as you are. Grace, peace & Namaste.
